Question Differential Replacement
Would a differential from a w208 CLK230 2001 fit a w210 E270 2001?

To answer that question correctly you would need to know your VIN and the donor VIN or at worst the donor differential part number.

Any reputable dismantler will have special book that list interchangeable parts, so assuming you are buying from dismantler, he suppose to give you fit warranty

And the E-class is
WDB2102161B326397

I am not going into all the details. That can be explained at any dealer, however the differentials are not compatible in ratios and design---and watch out for Benswurld spammers who tell you otherwise or suggest they did it on their pickup truck.
