Error code P0450 on 2000 E430

Error code P0450 on 2000 E430
I am looking at a used 2000 E430 and brought my OBDII scanner. The error code P0450 was the only thing that came up. I drove the car and it was driving fine. What type of repair does this need? Any indication of cost? Thanks!

Out Of Control!!
If that is the only fault this time, its a DIY on sensor B4\3 activated charcoal filter blocked and you are looking at a couple of hundred bucks,but plan on at least 2000 bucks a year on repairs!
