yes it is fiberglass.

There are only a very small handfull of mfg making kits out of polyeurythane (Carlsson and Brabus are ones) for a benz.

it was but then i'd end up losing some money...... the front was costing me problem.....about 1,000 for a custom clk lorinser dtm front into my car and i didn't wanna do replica..hopefully ac front well go together with what i have now

Shud be OK but I think the sharper front skirt might go better with some other skirt that has a more angular design e.g. Fabulous, or Brabus (for the W210)...check this out and hurry up, I'm waiting for u to do a white one!:
