anyone compare e430 to old e500?
anyone here have experience both w210 and w124 E500/500E ?
may be in touch with nice example of this rare car and its too far to test drive. might have the itch to switch. checked the w124 guys , but not much feedback yet.

well, keep in mind guys, that i do fortunately already have a car for thrills (the 993) and i want to keep same level of comfort and quiet that i experience in the E430. my concerns are not performance, which i know will be great in the 500, but i dont want to go down a notch in the luxury dept. after all i'm considering going out of 2yr old car into 10+ for a daily driver.
the rarity and character of the e500 in w124 form pretty much makes it the only older car i'd consider at this point.
