E320 Wagon advice
I am considering offing my 98 C230 and buying a 98-00 E320 wagon.
Any suggestions on which is the best year in that range and the expected price?

Go with the Model updated version.2000 to 2002
it will have the updated interior/combi,multifunction steering wheel.
Outside the changes were hood /bumpers/ headlights/outside mirrors with turn signals

e320 wagon advice
yes, definitely go for the 2000 up wagons as there's big difference in both exterior and interior items, including safety items like side-airbags. after having my 2000 wagon for the past year, we're about to take delivery of another 2000 wagon - that's how much we like it. we recently test drove the rx330, the sienna minivan, and also the honda pilot. there are many other nice cars out there, but here's what we decided on - we're buying a 2000 wagon w/ 55k miles on it but it's starmarked for 3 more yrs and up to 100k total miles. although it doesn't have some of the fancy/heated seats, nav., etc...it drove like new, very solid, and 'll be a very safe car for our family.
