Upgrade Xenons?

Upgrade Xenons?
I got the stock Xenons on my 97 E420... I was wondering if I can upgrade the Kelvin on them to say.... 8000K or 10,000K -- I really like that blue, purple-ish look like on the new cars...
Do I have to buy a whole new system or what? Thanks for the input

So I just replace the xenon blub to a higher Kelvin?
What about the balast and stuff? Which bulb does my car have? The D2S or DSR?
