Pneumatic Lumbar Hose Repair
I took my seats out this weekend perform a deep clean of the carpet. I have noticed that lumbar support has never worked on the car. So I would checkout the controls and do some testing. I removed the air supply line to the seat and tested that air was making it to the seat and there is air coming into the seat. However, I discovered that White and Red lines in the below image were broken at the fitting. Is there a recommended fix for this or similar hose available anywhere? I will also need the white plastic fitting,

don't have time to sort out right now so hoping you can review and see if anything here helps.
they're just simple hoses so if you find hoses with same ID / OD hoses and fittings they should work.
i feel that the hoses can be a little brittle over time. you may be able to pull the seats and 'eek' out
some hose slack ... enough so that you can simply cut off the damaged parts since they're near the
end of the length, maybe?

oops one more...should be about $100+ retail, depending on the dealer. so perhaps a auto wrecking yard for cheaper or something creative like flex tape, silicon self vulcanizing tape (i love this stuff !)

I had those plastic tubings on 30 years old MB still in good shape, but for W210 MB found different suppliers and lot of plastic stuff has low quality.
That said, it looks like the barb connection snap off at the fitting and there might be nothing wrong with the tubings itself.
Once you get new fitting, warm up the tubing with heat gun, what will allow you to pull broken pieces out and insert the tubing on replacement fitting.

If the barb is still there I typically splice the tube to the barb with a short section of vacuum hose. If the barb is broken off the valve assembly you need to locate a replacement.
