Hi all,
What is the latest news on the w211 style lights for the 1996-1999 w210 with factory xenons? Are they available yet?

I reserved a set of the pre 00 projecters from from RPI about 10 weeks ago. They are currently being manufactured by INPRO. I called RPI today and they are expected to recieve a shipment from inpro by wednesday this week these lights may be included, depending if they were completed as scheduled. I was told to call wednesday to confirm their arrival. RPI is expecting 20 sets of these lights and they have been excepting orders for awhile now (at least my order).

I was originally told that i should recieve 1st or 2nd week in july and am going waiting for them

if you havent reserved a set yet i would if i was you. Once the word is out that they are available im sure the few sets that have not been sold yet will go fast

how much are they? do you have to pay ahead of time or put a deposit down?

$495.00 + $55.00 shipping. I paid total in advance not sure if they will take deposit.

Is it confirmed that the lights will fit pre 2000 with factory xenons, cos I think you can get the lights for pre 2000 with halogens on ebay but non yet for pre 2000 with xenons.

Called RPI today PRE 2000 lights not out of production in time to be included with thier shipment. i was quoted aprox 3 more weeks

uhhhh pre 2000 on ebay? what the f*% !!!! Rpi said they are not even available cause still in production maybe pre-sale in anticipation of arrival??

Its almost a year since I heard about the pre-00 projectors coming out.........I did see some advertised in a Japanese benz mod magazine a few months ago tho'.....but very expensive.
