1998 E430 front bumper
Ok, so my son hit a parking stop and broke the lower part of the bumper cover. its going to need a new cover, lower grille and lower valance. what would it take to install a Sport/AMG front bumper. It looks like the fog lights would need to be replaced if we went with the latter. If it comes to it We will just get a standard replacement.
Same for the rear. It was damaged before we got it and I made it look decent, but now would be the time to replace it. these look like it would be a straight up replacement If we found a sport bumper.
Any input on this would be helpful. Thanks

Direct swap if you get a complete unit with the exception of the fogs like mentioned. Its an easy mod to do.

Good luck finding a clean E55 bumper for a decent price. The last one I inquired about locally needed some work and the dude wouldn't budge from his $800 price tag on it. They're one of those things that don't pop up too often.
I'm in the SF Bay Area and AMG cars are very common around here. I see W210 E55's on a fairly regular basis.

Yes, that’s what we’re finding. We found one that was in decent shape, with 18” wheels too but it was already gone. If not it looks like we will have to stick with stock.
