Hey took my E430 to autozone to have them read my code cause the check engine light came on.

Heres what they got:

fuel trim malfuction bank 2

Help, do you think all these need new spark plugs or it just might be the air mass sensor?

I'd bet it was the MAF. Mass Air Flow sensor.

MAF. Mine read like that too (with the ODB2 scanner that I have). Replacing the MAF, reset the code, and don't see CEL any more.

Make sure that you don't pay more than $300 to have this problem fix. It takes about 5 min to replace the MAF, so anyone who BS you for hours do to this job is a crook.

Phil at FastLane can give you good deal on MAF.

Just ordered a Bosh MAF from alloemautoparts.com for 250 + 25 for overnight shipping. So it should be here by tommorrow, but I've been driving the benz around with my current MAF unplug. Will that do any damage??
