99 e320 w210 radiator coolant flush/replace thermostat, new hoses??

At 150K miles and not knowing when was the last radiator coolant flush, I'll be doing mine this weekend. I also plan on changing the thermostat too. Now my question is, should I also replace the upper and lower radiator hose? It's not broken, leaking, or anything like that, but I fear it may soon break. How long do they usually last?

They do last, but 20 years is 20 years.
Inspect, inspect, inspect.
I would replace lower hose as a precaution as it is hard to deal with on the road.
For upper one you can always find easy temporary fix.
