help leakind oil pan and rear differentle
hi does anyone know how much
it can cost to have the oil pan gasket replaced, also the rear diferentle gasket on my 2000 e320

Did you run over something and muck stuff up ? Oil pan and Rear Dif leaks are kindof rare with a W210...
Please see this thread where it might be better to "seal" the leak from the outside that to pull the lower oil pan:

The rear differential uses sealant rather than a gasket - another "messy" job:

It appears that my upper is slightly seeping in a spot which I probably clean and seal rather than go the lengths and all the labor to get to the upper pan. Bottom, Ill go ahead remove and reseal since its really leaking out also so I can get to the oil level gasket.
