eisenmann or others

anyone got experience with eisenmann or have pics. did search on entire forum, most prefer the high performance over the sport, and the race version is loud.
am looking at aftermarked exhaust, fox is out of stock right? and needs to modded since the 97 have one pipe going and two coming.

No prob bro. You may also want to contact Stemags...where ever he is these days (!!!). He's lovin' his Remus ever since I recommended it to him, good luck

I am thinking about replacing my AMG for an Eisenmann High Performance muffler. I want more growl. AMG sound is very mild.

If I remember correctly, you'd taken the resonator/mid-muffler off already, right Kev? The AMG is a bit timid I hear...but never really experienced in person.

No, my mid-muffler is still intact and OEM. Supersprint now makes a mid and rear muffler combo. That setup is on my short-list.

Why not just take it off for better acoustics and a little more "Uuuumph"? (not that you need it )

I don't know if removing the mid muffler gives more power and may decreas back pressure and losing low end torque. It is difficult to get more HP from exhaust mods I have read from Mercedes because they are designed so well. I want a little more growl but I don't want it sounding like a Mustand with Flowmasters. He-He!

This?:

Classic match for the W210 but many cheaper wheels like it - don't need to go lorinser - there's Wald, Dronell, OZ......if you like the look, keep searching, I'm sure you'll find cheaper but not necessarily inferior alternatives.

As a general rule, I would agree but when there's lots of it, its not bad, right?

That first one is a Brabus VI, monobloc if without the bolts. The second is an AMG style IV.......let me check if it is a W211 or W210 version.......

If you're thinking of second one's don't, they're W220 i.e. S-class wheels and the offsets are really wrong, not to mention the bolt holes. That style is the same as the W211 E55 and the real one for the W210 has a slightly bigger bend at the end of the spokes, thereby making the wheel look smaller than the W211 design. I can do you a quick pic later today.

Another view.....yes, Movens - good replicas according to the Doc......(note also the AMG's are different from the earlier pic which was a W211 I stole off Tezta's CLK (which we modded to fit) - these are the right ones for the W210 - spokes are more curved next to the rim)
