HELLLLLPPPP

I am a new to me Benz owner, its a 1996 e330, I replaced the ignition lock cylinder, now the key won't come out of ignition. I cannot start in park, and the windows won't roll up wtf is going on here?

what is the car battery voltage? hopefully it is in the high 12 and above

Sounds to me like the tumbler/switch connection got misaligned. You need to backtrack your steps.

Take the lock cylinder back out, grind down the pin that actually "locks" in place, and then put the cylinder back in. it wont ever be able to lock itself again, but its a lot cheaper than taking it to a dealership. if it is still not fixed then it must be something else. This happened to a C300 I had. dealer wanted $2,300 to fix it, but i fixed it in about a day of work.
