Intermittent rough start

Hey all,

Car is a 1999 E320 with about 167k miles. When I went to start it after lunch today, the car started then immediately died. In subsequent starting attempts, the car would turn over and sputter but not catch. On a couple of instances, turning the key would do absolutely nothing. No starter action or anything, just dead. Finally on about the fifth attempt, it started a little roughly but stayed alive after I gave it some throttle and I was able to drive it away without issues. I've recently replaced a fair amount of parts on the car so I'd hope we could reasonably eliminate these as an issue. All the parts I've replaced have been OEM or equivalent, no junk. So far what's been replaced is:

-key
-battery
-crank position sensor
-camshaft position sensor
-fuel pump
-fuel filter

I did the fuel pump and fuel filter (which might have been original based on how they looked) last Wednesday and the car has been flawless since then with the exception of today's rough start. I did the CPS about a month ago since it was showing classic symptoms of failure. I did the camshaft sensor as cheap preventative maintenance. Before I throw any more parts at it, I'd like to get the opinion of some here and any diagnostics I can run to hopefully track down the root cause of this issue. Thanks for any help.

If you have already checked rail pressures and found to be in spec, then without a good scan, I would check the ignition module\ wiring diagram.

Checking rail pressures would be my next step, I haven't done that yet nor have I scanned the car. It hasn't thrown a CEL at all, but there may be some codes stored even without a light if I understand correctly. Thanks for the input.
