Question multifunction steering wheel
Does anyone know if the steering wheel with multifunction controls for the E-class, 7/99 and up is compatible with the earlier models (1998)?. My car doesnt have the multifunction option, but i saw an AMG wheel for 430$ and i don't mind installing it as long as the airbag works.

I highly doubt it (though I'd love to be proven wrong). I don't think the earlier models are wired to accept a multi-function steering wheel.
