Replace plugs coil wires checked.1 Misfires E430
I plan to replace fuel filter next weekend. HOpefully this may be the problem as fuel filter has not been replaced for the last 50,000 miles. I always buy COstco gas which is pretty clean.
My 2001 E430 has 101,000 miles.
1) are there any other items that I have not mentioned here that can contribute to misfiring?
2) Does Mercedes recommend any fuel cleaner additives to be used on our Mercedes?
Any feedbacks or comments are greatly appreciated.

One cylinder only. I presumed you cleared the codes anyways? after the plug change and coil and wire for that cylinder?
I would just monitor it for now.
As for some love potion for your w210, try 1/2 bottle of seafoam (thru the vacuum line at the BB) and then the rest in the tank.
(note- have someone rev it up for you as you add it thru the BB.)
You'll get alot of white smoke at the tail pipe so forewarn your neighbors that are nearby.
2. I am not a fan of Seafoam - I choose to use 1/2 bottle Stabil Marine Fuel Stabilizer to start injection clean up
3. Clean MAF and instake - fresh Mann airfilter(s)
