CD Changer Problem

CD Changer Problem
I bought a cd changer cable to female aux and plugged it into the back of the radio, but when I click cd it states "No CD Changer". Can someone help me with this problem?

actually, your description isn't too clear. it would be better to post photos of your head unit rear panel,
as well as the product name of AUX-IN unit including how/where you plugged it in. so far, you've only
provided a somewhat generic description
but, to answer your question, fiber optic uses light to transmit data. traditional/legacy radio connectivity
relies on electrical impulses. the two are totally incompatible
