"projector headlights for 00 e320

Cant anyone tell me whats involved with the install of the projector headlights on my 00 e320?Does the bumber need to be taken off?
Help a newbe!! Gotta have those lights....

96-99 the bumper doesn't need to come off but 00-02 does, if you do a search you'll need some info on others that have done it including myself.....
