Believe that a dealer must do it with the Star diagnostic computer. Usually only the Canadian cars had them activated. Is yours an ex Canadian car??

it doesn't matter cause the sensor thinks it dark all the time so its on all the time. only time i can turn off headlights is in neutral or park. even then the drl stay on
