On the driver's side, my window goes down but it does not go up. All the other windows work fine. The only way for me to put the driver's side window up is to hold the key in the lock position when locking the car. Do I need to buy the whole window switch console?

 

It sounds like it. It is all one unit. You might find a used one from a salvage yard.
