Cold Start Rattle [Video]
So I started hearing a rattling sound upon a cold start on the driver bank but I dismissed it as part of a bad cat problem. After fixing the cat problem I was still hearing it. I am not throwing seeing or codes at the moment.
Could this be a leaky injector? or issue with spark/pack? I faintly hear it on occasion while driving. Should I look at fuel trims? How should I test or diagnose?

It rattles briefly upon a cold start both warm and cold temperatures. The sound does not last once started as seem in the video. When warm it seems to have an harder start.
Im about 160K on the mileage.
If one opens the valve cover are there any obvious indicators of worn lifters?

The cats are 3 days old and as I recollect, the same sound occured with the old cats and manifolds. I discounted it as bad cats then. The old driver side cat was blown though.
People who have heard it in person also asks if its an exhaust leak but it doesn't seem to continue. It seems like a misfire by the way the exhaust sounds.
This a.m. I pulled the bank side plugs and cylinder 6,7 were the worst looking like it was running rich. Cleaned them up and reinstalled. First start did not rid the sound so far.
Im going to do some injector cleaner as well since its been a while since I have done so.
