New to forum, looking for purchase input.
I usually look to fix things myself before bringing to a mechanic. Unless its internal engine or tranny related. So I wonder if a 1999 model year would suffice.
Thanks.
Settled on a model year 2000. New front end, slightly different interior. More airbags. Cooler steering wheel and blinkers on the side mirrors.
CD changer connection is fiber optic from 2000 on, which complicates things if it's not included.
Check doorposts for rust, A/C for proper cooling.
That's pretty much what I know.
A 2001 might have a year left on the warranty if it's below 48K miles.
