I'm new here I've just subscribed and I'm new to the Mercedes Benz world.
lately I've imported 2001 w210 from the US it was salvaged fixed front bumper and right headlight was my problem as I didn't find the OEM Hella ones , in the local market there's only the DEPO Headlights.
my question is if there are any of you who have installed them before who can share with me if the quality as good tje OEM in sense of the lighting the distribution of it mine is halogens.
OEM Xenon for a W210 are a hard find. I had them on my 2002 E430. However on my 2002 and 1997 E320 I used Depo Xenon lights. For what they are they work great. They have that somewhat of a OEM look to them.
you can find oem HIDs on ebay. I had depo lights on my old 4matic, the light output was not very good until I swapped out the projectors for E55 projectors and installed an HID kit.
I did the same: bought Depo projector for my 1999. opened it up and tossed the poorly designed projector/reflector unit inside.
replaced it with bixenon from an E55. grabbed Hella ballasts off Ebay. bought Osram D2S bulbs. flame on !
