I am trying to install a button in my driver's side cabin for a horn I bought. What is the easiest way to go through the firewall in a 2002 w210 e430? I saw some threads saying to go through the fuze box but I haven't had any luck. I need to pass through 4 14 gauge wires.

why not install it inline with the orignal wiring? is the new horn a high(er) amperage draw unit? you can
also consider wiring in a relay into the factory wiring. in any case, I just looked at my 1999 E320 and I
see a 1" rubber grommet on the firewall just behind the big round power steering unit. I tried to peer
from inside the cabin but realize I'd need to remove a panel or two so I didn't try.

Sorry for the very late reply but that did end up being where the firewall was. I had to drop the under-dash panel and fish stuff through with a metal clotheshanger.
