2) Test the battery V at the terminals. Should be no less than 12.4V reading, anything less is a dead battery.
3) Scan and post any saved codes you have.
1)i have no water under the seat just a Lose vacuum hose that Comes up from the floor..
2)the battery is probably not at 12v..but are they that sensitive?
3)i just need to get a hold of a Scan tool first hahaha

Yes, MBs are that sensitive.
Also, replace your FOB key batteries and test again.
You can inspect carefully your K40 too, for any soldering cracks/issues (that look burnt).
New batteries are in the key (synchronized)
i checked the k40 only thing i saw was just some solder ”residue” but not burnt..
probably something wrong with the transponder in the key..becuse the injectors are not kicking on,Wish i just could bypass the damn immobilizer probably not that easy..one thing more is that the alarm does not go off when i lock the car (me inside and opens the Door)
edit: the transponder is gone in the key I think?

But can i change the immobilizer and get the the key that Belongs to that ”specific” immobilizer? Or do have to change the ECU and everything?

Only way for that to happen is the case opened up and it (located in the tiny corner compartment) fell out.
Start looking, back racing your steps.
That chip is married to your system. Only other option is to the stealership for:
1) replacement key fob (possibly with the vehicle and/or proof of ownership) = $$$
2) valet key (same as (1) = cheaper
OR, I believe, you need to replace the entire system with a matching system with keys and cylinder too. = $$$$ and time
Correct me if I am incorrect on this.

Well, if you had laid all your cards on the table from the start of this thread, explaining your complete situation, you would have been told:
Contact your local MB stealership, provide proof of ownership and vin#. Order a new key fob (and maybe a valet key too)
Done.
Cheaper than you spending $$ and time swapping the system out.

Didn’t even know the transponder was gone in the key becuse i didn’t know what it looked like..
i Rather ”change” the system for under 100$ With parts from a junkyard, than go to a mercedes dealership and order a new key...
