W210 suspension system

Hi.You see in the photo, is it possible to replace the arm with one in another car? I want to wear big and wide tires. Do not rub against the bolt.

how wide?
It will probably be easier to roll/pull the fenders to get more space in the front.

I do not want to make changes from the outside. I want to make change the suspension system if possible. If the bolt is higher, the 265 will settle, I think.

That bolt is the upper ball joint. The suspension piece it attaches to is the steering knuckle, in the US. It is called called the upright in Europe. The wheel spindle and lower ball joint are attached near the bottom and the steering arm is also attached. I would be surprised if there is a taller replacement.
