Hello friends,
I want to change the oil of my W210 E200 CDI 85KW Year 2001 Automatic but i want to know which is the right oil for my car ? I have used 10W - 40 ,i also checked the MB approved oils but cant find especially for my engine which is the reccomended type of oil ? Also for the coolant, which type should i use ? for ex.G12,G13 cos im not familiar with these numbers on coolants.
If you have any idea please let me know ,
Regards to all.

Looks like for the OM611 engine there are a range of options.

Use the first link above to find MB specification for OM611, then use the second link to look up the specification document for oil grade and vendor.
5W-, 10W-, and 15W-40 are all specified. The oil container needs to have the MB specification number written on it to be compliant with MB.

I totally agree with chassis for the oil. For the coolant be sure to only use MB coolant. MB cooling systems contain lots of aluminum and because of that aren't compatible with non MB coolants. Non MB coolants can do serious damage to your cooling system. I've read too many various MB forums horror stories about people using non MB coolant and suffering damage as a result.
