2001 Mercedes w210 e200
A/C won't engage
I have a 2001 e200 My air conditioner won't work. Blower motor works fine. The compressor won't engage. No 'click' sound when turned on. Is there a fuse or relay?

Out Of Control!!
mr fabulose sometimes comes up with a suggestion that works. Before you jump through hoops with the actual value tests via your control module look to see if the EC light is on.If on try pressing the button to turn off EC. If you cant turn off the EC lamp then you or your girlfriend will never be able to learn the refrig value or add refrig because the compressor will not engage.You will then need factory software to clear the EC fault.
