Angry Torque converter Ticking

My car is a E230 97 Model with 150,000 kms on it. I have an irritating ticking noise underneath and we traced it from the torque converter. It appears when I turn on the AC and when the engine is hot. Is there anybody out there having the same problem? Do I have to change my torque converter?

I am not so sure its the torque convertor. Can't fathom how that could make a ticking sound.

Ticking Sound

A mechanic says it could be the flywheel holder that might have cracked.
