I tried finding the Staten Island dude's name but wasn't able to, sorry. Will keep looking though.
Here's a company in Lodi, NJ (Rt. 46E), Action Tire, They are the official distributor for CEC U.S.A., official carrier of Lorinser. 1-800-32-WHEEL. I've heard they do really good work lowering and stuff.
