Rough Idle from cat delete (E320)

So I have a 98 e320 sedan that I took to get rear cat Delete due to them being busted and the cost to replace. At the muffler shop the guy told me one of the primaries was busted as well and said he’d go ahead and remove it for another $50 which seemed like a deal at the time and I figured I’d be saving myself a future headache. I now have 1 cat, the left primary, the rest is straight piped. Only now I’m experiencing an extremely rough idle it feels like the cars shaking apart whenever it is in gear, though it lessens considerably with acceleration.
Edit: my biggest problems are the extremely rough idle and a poor throttle response, though that existed before any of the aforementioned procedures. Are there any ways I can fix these things without breaking the bank or should I scrap it?

Any similar experiences and if so, what was your course of action.
No similar experiences here, however, your story is the example NOT to follow.
Everything from front to rear in an MB is designed to be there for a purpose.
You have an 'unbalanced' exhaust system, based on what you've explained/done.
Scan and post your codes.

Be interesting to see what your live feed STFT and LTFT shows too.
