Hi
I found an interesting and confusing thing. In W210, there is already has TPMS (code 475),
but I can’t find any further information, and I’ve never seen anyone share it. Has anyone actually seen these things?
And how it work and show the warning?

Have you done a VIN check to determine whether you have code 475. Look to your owners manual for a edited description of the TPMS. If not this is a moot issue
But I have never heard of a similar design or function, so I am very curious. Even if I use the part number to find it, there is no relevant information.
Since your car does not have code 475, that means your car does not have TPMS. TPMS is now standard on all cars sold in the U.S. but it was not standard when your W210 was built and was only available as an option. Apparently the original owner of your car did not originally chose to have the TPMS option on the car.
