Hi. I have replaced the core of the turbo on my W210 270cdi. I set the wastegate adjuster as it was on the old one, but when i tested it, it blew an air hose within 5 minutes when accelerating hard. Which leads me to think it's overboosted. Does anyone have a step by step procedure to adjust the wastegate?

The turbo was making a lot of noise, mostly when cold. It sounded like a police siren the first five minutes. I could also feel some slack in the turbo bearing. I ordered a new turbo core and replaced it. When test driving it ran okay for 5 minutes, but when i put the pedal to the floor it instantly broke the clip on the air hose coming out of the turbine.
