2002 E320 Wagon 4matic

2002 E320 4 Matic losing power

So, I ran out of gas... Put more gas in it.. Rough idle and loss of power.. Any ideas would be appreciated... Fuel Pump? Filter?

2000 E320, 1997 E420

Scan the car before throwing parts at it. Otherwise I’d check these in this order.
air filter
Spark plugs and ignition coils
catalytic converters
fuel filter
