Angry B1010 N72 LCP (Lower Control Panel) Under-Voltage

Hi everyone, guide me, please. I have been diagnosing my E240 1998 W210. The scan tool shows the following errors:

EIS- ELECTRONIC IGNITION SWITCH
1) B1055 Fault in can communication with TSG2 N69/2
2) B1056 Fault in can communication with TSG2 N69/4

LOWER CONTROL PANEL
3) B1010 The supply voltage of the control unit is too low (under-voltage)

Although there is no issue in ignition or starting, all good. But when I try to lower the windows (driver/passenger), it takes 4 -5 seconds and then starts rolling down, same with rolling up on both windows. One more issue I have seen is when I try to adjust the passenger-side - side mirror by the control, on moving down, the passenger window starts rolling down. Rolling down and up takes 4-5 seconds pause every time.

I opened the lower panel and found the CAN - High and CAN - Low wires (Brown-Red and Brown). Hooked up my multimeter and to test ohms (should be 60 or at least 120ohms) but I found 12k ohms. That's strange, Why would can-high and can-low give 12k ohms? (with the battery disconnected). Even I did a can-box test, that's crazy but I did, connected 38pins connector to the DLC underhood with can-box 16pins. Pin 6 with ground shows under 500mv and the same 500mv at Pin 14 with the ground on my hantek oscilloscope. (With KOER)

The 5volts on the connectors of N69/4 are perfect but one pin gives 9.7 volts with KOER

Kindly help me out as it's damn frustrating.
