Front Sway Bar bushings help

Hello All,
I recently developed a clunking noise in the front end of my 03 Wagon 2wd, I decided to start with the obvious stuff and replaced the sway bar bushings as they were quite worn, I used Part# 2103231485MY from Autohaus AZ and they went in without much trouble, the clunk seemed to go away but after only a few miles of driving it came back just as bad as ever. Assuming it must be something else I replaced the tie rod ends that were starting to show age as well and it did help a bit, but the clunk over rougher roads is still there. After some looking around on different forums and websites I am starting to have a reason to believe that the sway bar bushings mentioned above may not be the correct ones. they are listed as 26mm. I tried to order from an OEM supplier but they were either on backorder or long wait and I needed to get this done rather quickly.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this, confirm or deny that the part I used is correct? Any help would certainly be appreciated.
Cheers
-Brian
