Diamond in the rough 1996 E300

It’s been a while. I’m back with another 1996 E300, and this is a cream puff in the making. Found on marketplace and the seller was asking $1700. No miles listed, and claimed they hit a snow bank and broke the radiator and clutch fan. Clutch fan and rad are definitely toast. Dumps coolant as fast as I fill it. After a quick walk around, I discovered there was a measly 122k miles on the clock, it is 100% rust free, and runs like an absolute top. Has some body damage, but I don’t plan on getting rid of this thing ever. Everything works. Headrests and sunroof included! Typical issues where cluster cuts out, and I have a check engine light for a currently unknown reason. Fresh oil and filter, as well as new fuel filter, and it purrs like a kitten with COPD. The only goals with this car are to make it flawless, and use stock turbo parts from a 99 just to make merging less stressful.

I mean, I already have everything from a rust bucket 99, minus the intercooler.
