CLK Rims on an e320 Wagon
Will my 2002 CLK 320 St0ck rims fit on my 2001 E320 Wagon? If so will it look better than the stock E320 Wagon Rims? My Wagon is Black and both RIMS are Chrome.

The W210 and W208 share the same bolt size and configuration, except the offset may be a different...really depends on whether you're fussy about fender alignment.

2000 E430 Sport
I have a set of rims that came off my 2000 E430, if you're interested. They're the five star rims that come with the Sport Package. I've seen them on the W210 wagons and they look great.
