No one has been able to solve this problem
I encounter this error only in summer season.
i start it by force in my own way, but nothing works, the lights are on, the engine fan is constantly running, the dial is not working
for many years, no one, including skillful people, has been able to do this for me

This sounds like the K40 relay issue I read about while trying to diagnose my wagons ignition switch. From what I understand, the soldering in the relay goes bad and then the ECU doesnt receive power. I think the K40 relay is either behind the underhood fuseblock on the driver side of the car, or on the passenger side up near the window. Pulling codes using STAR or an MB specific scanner will help. I use an iCarsoft MBII scanner and an adapter for the 38pin diagnostic port. In the meantime you could check fuses, check your key fob battery, or try giving the relay a couple taps/knocks to see if that changes anything.
