How much was the Multicontour Seat option?

I have a 97 e320 with the multicontour (orthopedic?) front seats. Does anyone know what that upgrade cost when the car was new? Just curious?

Seat Cost

I had the dealer invoice for my '97 E420, and I believe the cost to the dealer was around $700. If you send in a copy of your registration to MBUSA you may get this info - they did it for my '97, but what I got back for my '00 wasn't worth the stamp.
