Fuel gauge not working, cluster displays not working

Start the car this morning and noticed right off the bat that my gas light was on and my level was low. Also I could not read any of my cluster displays....clock, main middle display, gear indicator....all of them. Speedo, Tach, and Temp work fine. I put about 15 gallons in it and the fuel gauge did not budge. Then I noticed that if I look at the right angle I can in fact see my displays but they are no longer "backlit". So I can barely see them, but they are really dark. Also, when I shut off the car the radio stays on and I have to manually turn it off. I've had this radio issue before and it was due to my battery going bad....the other symptoms have me stumped though. Car does have 200k miles on it and still runs great....

Ok, new edit...just drove it at night and my entire dash is dark. Gauge cluster, radio, temp controls....everything.....

Fuse? Battery going bad?

Thanks!

I know all the retired sausage makers will tell you to rebuild the IC, but they are less learnerd and have weeks of doing nothing but tinkering with their MB----dont follow that path.
Based on what you have written I suspect that you have a faulty ignition module plus issues with your IC. This issue cant be diagnosed via the OBD you need factory or equal software to locate the issue

Thanks Plutoe.

I decided to start simple with the knowledge I have and I got lucky. I looked at all 3 fuse blocks and pulled every fuse that had anything to do with the instrument cluster. Not one single blown fuse. But now my displays and fuel gauge are all working. Hopefully the symptoms wont return and I'll update if they do. Weird.
