Audio 10 Problem?!

Hello All,

My audio 10 arrived today. Thanks Wanda & Steve. The installation was rather quick (less than 2 min ) once I figure out the CD-Key actually insert into the keys on the Audio30. But figure it out where to insert those keys took more times than I like to admit. Sigh….

Anyway, I notice my Audio 10 is having problem reading some original CDs correctly. It does not play track from the beginning and it is having difficulty locating the start of some tracks. It also rejects all the CD-R I have inserted so far (4 different CD-Rs). Those CDs been rejected by Audio10 played fine in other CD player & Changers ranging from 1 to 10 years old. Last, the radio sounded fuller with more base as well as the FM reception is much better. However, the CD sounded flat. It has a mono tone to it when compare to the radio. Is this normal in Audio 10? As of now, I am thinking my audio 10 maybe defective.

Can someone please tell me whether my guess/diagnosis is correct?

Thank you so much for your help.

I know the CD's you burn could have too little a gap in between songs so it has trouble finding the begining when you FF or RR to & from songs. If it plays right through, there should be no problem. Try spacing song more when you burn CD's. Regular store CD's are no problem.

That's what I know. It's worked great for several months, no problem.
