I recently purchased a E320 that was converted to an E55 Engine with ECU. I would like to order a spare Key. Under the dash I noticed a extra ESL that was installed. The Original ESL is still in the car but unplugged. I am guessing the additional ESL came with the current key. Is there a way to order a new key ?

So to be clear, 2 ESL are in the car, one of the steering column that the wiring has been disconnected, the existing wiring is plugged into a second ESL that is hanging under dash.

Dealer is telling me I need to complete a TRP form and show ownership, that I think that will give the info on the E320 original key for original ESL, not the current ESL that is being used. If I can get the VIN read from the second ESL installed in the car can I get a key from a source ?
