2001 Mercedes E430
2001 E430 malfunction
Hello, I currently drive a 2001 E430 and today when I started it up after 2 days. (Reason being i was away) the car gave me 2 malfunctions saying teleaid sos and display defective with a bolt. Im confused to what this is? How to fix it and is it important. The past 2 days here in NJ has been under 20 degrees so its been freezing cold. Does it have something to do with the battery? My battery has had issues and I start it up once a week so it doesn't die and plug it in to charge using a die hard charger.

Did you check the owner's manual yet? How about posting a photo showing the warnings?

I did check the manual. But it wasn't really helpful because all that it said was several systems have failed. Attached is the picture of them on my dashboard. Not to mention my SRS light is on because of a sensor I believe or it could be my battery

Thanks for the advice guys. I started up the car today and there were no malfunctions. I guess the issue resolved itself
