Hey guys so I have a clunking when cutting my wheel at full lock and under hard braking (when done to the point where the car dips) and I’m worried it’s my cv joint.

I haven’t gotten the chance to put the car up on ramps yet but im sitting here pricing out possible parts and I can’t find a CV axle for my car.

Literally all the aftermarket stuff is either for 00-03 or 1998/99 4matic. I have no idea if a 4matic cv will fit my car. It’s a 98 sport.

Are the w210 universal fit or is my particular car just hard to get a cv for ?

If it’s my cv axle my best bet would be getting a rebuild kit from FCP and a junk yard CV I’m guessing ? Because I can’t find one that’s specified for a standard 98.
