Hey everyone. My E320 engine temperature used to always run right under the 80 mark, and sometimes a bit higher if I was stuck in traffic or in a red light. But lately it's been hitting almost the 100 mark, something it has never done before.
I checked the coolant level and it looks okay. I checked the fan and it is running but I noticed it is running very slow. Is this normal? Something else I can do/check? Should I be concern about it? Thank you!

however i would get a very good coolant flush and not by you to resolve the higher than normal running temp
