W210 E420 power steering pump sourcing | M119
Hi guys,
im replacing the poster steering pump in my kid’s 97 e420 with the M119. The one that failed is a refurb and appears to be a combined pump/reservoir assembly.
As such, I cannot find the same anywhere. All I find is separate pump / reservoirs, and even those are hard to locate.
As this same engine was used in many cars, are there alternative pumps from other chassis that might fit and would be easier to source? And if so, what peccadillos might I encounter?
