Replacement Front Seat Options
I love everything about my '00 E320 4matic sedan EXCEPT the front seats.
How in the Rhine can a German autobahn burner have a driver's seat that's so uncomfortable after 45 minutes? No lumbar support. No lumbar adjustment. No articulation whatsoever except tilt back and tilt pan.
I've driven Ford Tempos that are more comfortable.
So what can be done -- other than trying to find Designo or Sportline seats in a junkyard? Has anyone replaced their seats? Pls tell....

Sheep skin seat covers and get a dollar store swim noodle. cut it down and put it behind the seat cover about 4" from the bottom for a lower lumbar support.

W210 are cars with a lot of years and normally highly mileage. The sponge inside the seats can not last perfectly 20 years old..
I recommend you to find some solution with quality products for example WALSER has many seat covers of quality and you can combine some with higher foam and a cover on it. I think that is the easiest way to get comfy again. You can also go for non branded products in some chinese portal, but shipping time could be long.
