722.6 extracting oil method ?

Hi guys I've wonder it is good idea to change fluid in my transmission with extracting oil , 3kkm ago I replaced oil with pan drop method , I cleaned Pan change new original MB filter new electrical connector and new gasket , now after 3 thousand km I think using mityvac or similar extractor and extracting through dipstick's hole oil and put new one to refresh again
I have TC drain plug but I scary change oil from Torque Converter , I like change partially in transsmision , Full change possibly broken my transsmission

just do another drain and fill like you already did, wont hurt anything with a fresh filter

apparently as you mention, the torque convertor bolt can be drained too; could not figure a way to turn it through the peep hole so I gave up

I would not do anything except a gravity drain

Do partial changes, it's worked for decades. Shorten the interval by 20k if your fluid was particularly contaminated. You can drop the plug inside the transmission housing which is just about the worst thing ever, also many models do not have a drain plug on the TC.

I have done what you are asking about. It can be hard to get the hose down into the pan because there is a restriction at the end of the dip stick tube meant to catch the diamond on the dip stick, stopping it at the correct position for the measurement. In my case the transmission was warm and the hose soon softened up enough that I was able to force it down to the pan bottom. If you used a smaller hose it should pass the restriction.

It’s such an easy job with a vacuum extractor. I pull the fluid through the dipstick so when I drop the pan it’s not a big huge mess. I rotated the engine with a 27 mm socket until the drain plug for the torque converter is at the 6 o’clock position. I then have a CTA tool that I purchased from FCP Euro that plugs into where the transmission filter goes into. I then plug in the compressed air to the tool and in about 20 minutes all the oil is out of the transmission and when I service it it takes 8.1 quarts to fill the system back up. Super easy. If you’re wondering about the pressure from the tool, it goes through a pressure regulator and I think it’s two or three psi. So nothing is damaged inside the transmission. Also, if you plan on keeping the vehicle and you do not know if the conductor plate in the transmission has ever been changed, you need to change it.
